Instead of forcing customers to scroll endlessly, your menu is now neatly organized into categories, offering a smoother and more intuitive browsing experience.

To enhance your menu with additional images, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Design Tab in your Appfront account

  2. Scroll right to the "Image Upload" Inner Tab

  3. Select the category you’d like to update

Serving Option Page

Overview

The serving option page was built as another verification step before placing an order. This page is there to help the customers navigate between the different serving options and ensure customers are fully informed about their orders, minimizing potential mistakes. While some may opt to bypass this feature, you now have the flexibility to tailor the experience and Opt-out.

Location First / Serving Option Pop-Up

This use case order flow is great in case you want to have the order flow set up in a way that the locations store locator comes first, and then a Pop-up to choose the serving options. Its great for multi-unit concepts, with multiple serving options.

Location Confirmation Pop-Up

Overview

This feature is perfect for multi-unit brands. It helps reduce 99% of order errors sent to the wrong location by enabling a confirmation pop-up. Just before placing their order, the Appfront system generates a prompt asking customers to confirm if they’ve selected the correct location, ensuring accuracy before they proceed to complete their order.

Menu Favorites

Overview

Enable customers to easily save and revisit their favorite items while browsing your menu. By simply tapping the heart icon, guests can mark dishes they love, creating a personalized list for quick and easy access during future visits.
