With Appfront, you can create an Order at the Table option for your restaurant, helping you reduce the need for extra staff while offering guests a seamless dining experience. This feature allows customers to easily place orders, use loyalty points, and earn new points with every purchase.

How It Works:

  1. Each table is assigned a unique number and QR code.

  2. Customers scan the QR code, which redirects them to the ordering page.

  3. Customers place their orders directly from the table.

  4. A ticket is printed with the table number for seamless service.

How to Set Up QR Table Ordering

To enable QR Table Ordering, ensure you have a Dine-In option linked to the Appfront platform in advance. This option can be visible or hidden from customers, but it must be configured beforehand.

Option 1: You Already Have a "Dine-In" Option

You're ready to proceed if the "Dine-In" option is already set up!

Option 2: If you don’t have Dine-In, create and hide it.

In the portal, navigate to in-store dining, hit setup, and go to Serving Options. The article on serving options will explain everything you need to know.
