Accessing Forms

  1. Log in to the AppFront Portal.

  2. Open Designer.

  3. Select the Website tab.

  4. Click Forms.

You'll see a list of every form on your website, including the page each form is connected to and the number of responses it has received.

Manage Your Forms

Select any form to edit its settings.

From the form editor, you can:

  • Rename the form's internal name.

  • Assign the form to the appropriate website page.

  • Review and update the form's configuration.

Tip: The internal form name is also used as the email subject line for notifications, making it much easier to identify submissions from Contact Us, Careers, Catering, or any other form on your website.

Send Test Submissions

Before publishing changes, you can verify that everything is working correctly.

There are two ways to send a test submission:

  • Click the Send Test icon directly from the Forms list.

  • Open an individual form and send a test from within the form editor.

This makes it easy to confirm that:

  • Email notifications are delivered successfully.

  • The email subject is correct.

  • The form is configured as expected.

View Form Responses

All form submissions are now available directly within the portal.

For each form you can:

  • View submitted responses.

  • Search and filter submissions.

  • Quickly locate previous inquiries without searching through your email.

This provides a centralized history of customer inquiries, making it easier to manage contact requests, catering inquiries, job applications, and more.

Why You'll Love It

The new Forms section gives you complete visibility and control over your website forms in one place.

With the new experience you can:

  • Manage every website form from a single location.

  • Customize email subject lines using the internal form name.

  • Send test submissions before going live.

  • View and search all customer responses directly in the portal.

  • Quickly identify which page each form belongs to.
