Weekly & Monthly Business Reports
AppFront can automatically email a business performance report to any recipient on a weekly and/or monthly cadence, or generate one on demand. Here's how to set it up.
Setting up recurring reports
Go to Advanced Settings > Business Reports.
Click + Add.
Enter the recipient's email address.
Choose the Locations the report should cover — a specific location, several locations, or All Locations.
Choose the Report Type: Weekly, Monthly, or both.
Save. The recipient will now automatically receive the report on that cadence.
To edit or remove an existing recipient, use the ⋮ menu at the end of their row.
Sending a report on demand
Use the Send Report Now section to generate and send a one-off report without waiting for the next scheduled cycle:
Enter the destination email address.
Choose the Report Type (Weekly or Monthly).
Choose the Location (a specific location or All Locations).
Choose the Report start date.
Click Send.
What's in the report
Each report includes:
Summary — Total Sales, Active Users, Active Members, New Members, Total Users, Total Members, and Loyalty Penetration, each with period-over-period change.
Ordering Intelligence — Total Orders and Average Order Value, broken down by In Store, Pickup, Delivery, and Curbside volume.
Locations Summary — a per-location breakdown of Total Sales, Active Members, Total Users, and New Members.
Campaigns — for each active campaign, how many offers were generated and redeemed, total discount given, and sales generated, with totals across all campaigns.
Every report also includes a direct link back to the AppFront portal to view full, real-time stats.
