Creating a Deep Link to a Specific Location

Generate a link that sends customers straight into ordering for one location, with control over the sign-up form and serving option.

Overview

A location deep link sends customers straight into your ordering flow for one specific location, skipping the location picker. You can generate one from the Locations tab and control whether it opens the sign-up form and which serving option (Dine In, Pickup, Delivery) it starts on.

Steps

  1. Go to Locations in the AppFront portal.

  2. Find the location you want to link to, click the three-dot menu next to it, and select Create a Deep Link.

  3. Choose whether the link should open the sign-up form when a customer arrives.

  4. Set a serving option for the link (Dine In, Pickup, or Delivery), or leave it as None if you'd rather let the customer choose once they're at the location.

  5. Use the test link provided to open the deep link yourself and confirm it lands on the right location before sharing it.

What Customers See

If you set a serving option, customers who click the link go straight into ordering with that option already selected. If you leave it on None, customers will see a pop-up asking them to choose a serving option once they're in the location.

Where to Use It

Once generated, the link works like any other AppFront deep link — share it in emails, texts, social posts, your website, or a location-specific QR code.
