Hiding a Serving Option at a Specific Location

If you have multiple locations but don't want every serving option available everywhere, you can turn a serving option off for just one location instead of hiding it account-wide.

Overview

If you run multiple locations, you may not want every serving option to show at all of them — for example, offering Catering at one location but not another. Rather than hiding the serving option account-wide, you can mark it unavailable for just the locations that shouldn't offer it.

Steps

  1. In your Appfront Portal, go to Ordering, then open the Serving Options tab.

  2. Select the serving option you want to limit (for example, Catering).

  3. For each location where it shouldn't be offered, toggle it to Unavailable in this location.

  4. Save your changes, then repeat for any other locations you want to exclude.

Once saved, that serving option will only appear at the locations you left enabled — the locations you marked unavailable won't show it as an ordering option.
