Connecting 3rd Party Providers

Learn how to connect with third-party delivery providers. Includes specific instructions for DoorDash Drive and Postmates.

Ensure all delivery area setup steps are completed before proceeding.

Connect DoorDash Drive

This section is for merchants who already have an account with DoorDash Drive. If you’re not registered, please fill out the following form: DoorDash Drive Registration

  1. Enable DoorDash Drive on Appfront:

    • Reach out to us at support@appfront.ai.

    • Provide your business name as it is registered on DoorDash Drive.

  2. Franchise Locations:

    • If you’re a franchise, specify the business name and the relevant location(s). Example:

      Business Name: "Perfect Pizza Miami LTD"
      ​Locations: "Brickell and Aventura"

Connect Postmates

Step 1: Setup Account

  1. Log in to your Postmates account.

  2. Send the following Authentication Keys to support@appfront.ai:

    • Customer ID

    • Signature - Secret

    • Delivery API Keys (both Sandbox Key & Production Key)

Important: A credit card must be on file to obtain the Production Key.

Step 2: Set Webhooks

  1. Log in to the Postmates Partner Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Webhooks > Create Webhook and set the following webhook links:

    • Sandbox Webhook: http://testtomcat.beengo.me:8081/DeliveryWebService/rest/callback/Postmates/postEvent

    • Production Webhook: https://beengo.me:8443/DeliveryWebService/rest/callback/Postmates/postEvent

Step 3: Locate Customer Token

  1. Log in to the Postmates Partner Dashboard at partner.postmates.com.

  2. Navigate to the Developer Tab.

  3. Locate the Customer Token (e.g., cus_8574hgjx).
