This tool allows you to block transactions from specific physical addresses associated with fraudulent activities. It’s part of our comprehensive suite of fraud prevention tools to help secure your business from potential risks.
The following are the steps you need to take to block customers based on their addresses:
Access the fraud prevention settings in your dashboard.
Open the Search Tool: Locate the search bar in the top left-hand corner of your dashboard.
Search for an Address or Business: Type in the address or business name you wish to block and press Enter.
Zoom In: Use the zoom function to focus on the location you want to manage.
Select the Polygon Tool: Click on the Polygon Tool from the toolbar to mark the area.
Mark the Area to Be Blocked:
Click on the map to create the first point.
Continue clicking to outline the area to be blocked.
Double-click to complete the polygon.
Name the Area: Enter a name for the area to help you identify it later.
Set the Block Level: Choose the block level:
‘Full Block’ to prevent all orders from this area.
‘Warning’ to flag orders as suspicious but still allow them.
Save Changes: Click Save to apply the settings.
