Blocking Customer Profiles

Block specific phone numbers and emails associated with fraudulent transactions.

Have you ever encountered tickets that appear suspicious? For example, they all seem to have used rewards with similar names but different numbers. By configuring stricter limits, such activities can be flagged or blocked.

Our system allows you to block existing customers directly from their profile. Once blocked, the customer will no longer be able to place orders. Blocking works by restricting their phone number, email, and other parameters (kept confidential for security purposes).

How to Block a Customer:

  1. Access the Customers Tab: Navigate to your dashboard's ‘Customers’ tab.

  2. Find the Customer Profile: Use the customer lookup option to locate the customer you wish to block based on their name, phone number, or email.

  3. Open the Profile: Click on the customer’s name to access their profile.

  4. Block the Customer: In the pop-up, locate the security and privacy section. Here, you will see several security options, such as the block option, an option to unsubscribe the customer from receiving emails, and the ability to remove them from your SMS list. 

  5. Confirm the Action: Confirm that you want to block the customer. Once confirmed, the block will take effect immediately.
