🔐 Step 1: Log Into Lighthouse & Locate Your MID

Log into your Shift4 Lighthouse account
In the left-hand menu, click:
Location
Then Overview
Look at the URL in your browser
👉 You will see an 8-digit number in the URL — this is your MID (Merchant ID)
Example:
https://.../location/12345678/overview
📌 Important:
Please share this MID with your AppFront onboarding team. We cannot begin setup without it.
👤 Step 2: Add AppFront as a User

Scroll down in the left-hand menu and click:
Settings
Then Users
Click Add User
Enter the following email format:
👉 support+[yourbusinessname]@appfront.ai
Examples:
Dutchess Hoboken →
support+dutches@appfront.aiJoe’s Pizza →
support+joes@appfront.ai
📌 Important Notes:
Use only the first word of your business name
Each login must be unique per customer
Our onboarding team will accept the invite once sent
🛒 Step 3: Install AppFront from the Marketplace

In Lighthouse, click Marketplace
Search for AppFront
It should appear at the top of the results
Click View Details
Click Install
During installation:
✅ Check the box confirming you have an AppFront account
Fill in the requested information
Click Yes to complete setup
✅ What Happens Next?
Once these steps are complete:
Our onboarding team will:
Accept the user invite
Begin configuring your integration
Reach out if anything additional is needed
