Your menu is managed in Lighthouse under:
Marketplace β Menu Manager
π This is the source of truth for everything AppFront pulls into your ordering system.
π₯ No Menu Showing? Import from POS
If your menu is not visible in Menu Manager:
Click Import from POS
Select your POS menu
Allow it to populate into Menu Manager
π Important:
AppFront can only pull menus that exist inside Menu Manager β not directly from the POS.
π οΈ Step 1: Enable Items for AppFront

Within Menu Manager β Item Settings:
Open any item
Look for availability / channel settings
β Check the box for AppFront
π Only items enabled for AppFront will appear in your online ordering.
π² Step 2: Set Pricing for AppFront
You can control pricing directly within Menu Manager:
AppFront can have its own unique pricing
By default, pricing is pulled from:
SkyTab Online pricing (if previously configured)
π This allows flexibility if you want different pricing for online vs in-store.
πΌοΈ Step 3: Add Photos & Descriptions

Inside the Edit Item screen:
Scroll down to find:
Image upload β this is what AppFront displays
Online Name
Online Description
π Important Callout:
These fields are NOT automatically pulled from your POS
π If these are blank:
Items may appear without descriptions
Images will not show in AppFront
π Step 4: Assign Your Menu to a Schedule

This is the most critical step π
Your menu must be assigned to a schedule
AppFront pulls:
π The schedule, not just the menu itself
Inside the schedule:
You can view all items included
Youβll see which platforms they are assigned to
Look for the AppFront icon to confirm items are syncing
β How Sync Works (Quick Summary)
To ensure your menu appears correctly in AppFront:
β Menu exists in Menu Manager
β Items are enabled for AppFront
β Online name, description, and image are filled out
β Menu is assigned to an active schedule

β No images/descriptions β Online fields not filled in
