Overview
A "Leave Us a Review" campaign automatically texts a guest after their visit, linking them to your review page of choice (Google, Yelp, or an in-house review link). It's built as a Life Cycle Reward campaign triggered by the Visit event, with no reward attached — just a follow-up message asking for feedback.
Steps
Go to Campaigns > Create New Campaign.
Name the campaign (for example, "Leave Us a Review").
Set the trigger to Life Cycle Reward and the event to Visit.
Turn on Recurring so the request goes out after every visit — leave the reset blank so it fires on visit 1, 2, 3, and so on with no cap. (If you'd rather only ask periodically, set a reset — for example, every 10th visit.)
Set the campaign to Content Only, since there's no reward being loaded — just the review request itself.
Optionally, restrict the campaign by location, serving option, or hours. For example, to only request reviews from happy hour visits, limit it to that time window.
Select SMS as the delivery method and write your message — something like: "Thank you for visiting. Please leave us a quick review here: [link]"
Use a shortened link for your review page so the text stays within a single SMS segment.
Toggle the campaign to Active.
Click Create Campaign to save and launch it.
Once live, guests will automatically receive a text requesting a review after each qualifying visit — giving you a steady, low-effort stream of feedback and public reviews.
