Points Expirations - How do they work?
There are a few ways to set up points expiration logic.
1. Look Back Expiration: Points earned within a specified period (e.g. 180 days) will expire after that period from the date they were earned.
2. Specific Date Expiration: All previous points expire on a specific date (e.g., January 1st) each year.
