The "menu sync" process is Appfront technology that synced your POS menu with Appfront's platform. minutes.
How long the menu Sync takes?
Stating January 2025, full menu sync should take no longer than 10 minutes for a full menu sync end to end.
How the menu Sync works?
Appfront receive a notification (web-hook) from the POS. In order to trigger this web-hook you will need to save and publish your menu in your POS. This process is happens automatically and not required anything from you besides publishing your menu in the POS
How to run menu Sync?
Auto-sync or Manual Sync.
Auto Menu-Sync
Just save and publish your menu in the POS. Should take no longer than 10 minutes.
Manual Menu-Sync
You can find it under locations tab:
