Overview
Speedline POS is a POS which specializes in pizzerias, and is considered one of the best for Pizza delivery.
Orders not going through what should I do?
Speedline is not a cloud based solution. Its running on Windows on your store local network.
In case order are not going through, there are a few reasons which could cause the orders to fail:
Error message: Connection timed out
Appfront has a network status page for each non-cloud POS (please request a link to yours from support@appfront.ai):
Main Terminal (#1) is not reachable to an outside network, this could mean that there is no internet in the location, the IP changed or that the firewall is blocking the connection.
Please try the following solutions:
Restart POS no. 1
Restart the router.
Error message: Connection refused
The router is connected properly, POS no. 1 is either off or disconnected.
Menu item PLU not matching
The menu in Speedline is not updated with the newest SLM which has this PLU, or you have not restarted the POS after changing the SLM.
