The first step in connecting Appfront to a new Toast account is to grant access from the Toast account.

In the Toast portal go into "My Integrations"

To add the Appfront Support user to your Employees list, please follow the steps below:

1. In the left sidebar menu, click on "Employees."

2. Select "Add New Employee."

3. Enter the following details:

- Invite to create an account: Yes

- First Name: Appfront

- Last Name: Support

- Email Address: support@appfront.ai

- Job Title: Owner

4. Once you’ve entered all the information, click on "Add."

5. After adding the employee, email integrations@appfront.ai to notify them that the account has been created.

6. Finally, save and publish the changes.

If you use the master menu feature or have multiple locations within the same group, Appfront will also need access at the group level. To do this, after adding the user support@appfront.ai as an employee, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. In the "Employees" screen, locate the Appfront user and click the pencil icon on the right side to edit the employee.

2. Click the "Jobs and permissions" tab and scroll down to the "Permissions" section.

3. Under this section, you will see a dropdown menu with a list of all your locations and their group names.

4. Select the appropriate group from the dropdown menu and ensure the necessary permissions are granted, as shown in the images below.

Go to Locations -> Add New Location
