The Uber Direct integration lets you tap into the Uber Driver network and start delivering to your customers today, with a special fixed price per order.
Appfront integration with Uber Direct is fully self-served and you can connect your Uber account in a couple of minutes.

The rates below apply to all AppFront merchants using Uber Direct who are not on custom pricing. (Last updated August 2026.)

Certain markets require a Minimum Earnings Guarantee (MEG) for couriers under local regulation. Where it applies, this adds a flat fee on top of the delivery rate above, charged per delivery. MEG fees apply only in the following markets:

MEG fees do not apply to deliveries outside of these three markets.

For live order issues (late driver, wrong order, cancellations) or refund requests, contact the Uber Direct Support Team:

Have the Uber Order ID or Delivery Token (del_xxx) ready. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order completion date.

For billing, account, or dashboard issues unrelated to a specific order, email directmerchants@uber.com (72-hour response time, Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST).

In the Appfront Portal, go to Locations and select the location you'd like to connect to Uber. Click on the locations advanced settings/ Details:

Under the market Place:

Scroll down to delivery services and chose to connect Uber Direct

Go ahead and create a new organization in Uber (enter all the necessary details):

As soon as you complete Create Organization in Step 1, your Uber Direct account is ready — no email invitation to accept. Just log in directly at the URL below using the same email address you used when creating the connection in Appfront.

Uber Direct and Uber-Marketplace are NOT the same!

Organisation in Uber -> equal to LLC.

Each location should have its own Organization. So if you have 3 locations your should have 3 organisations.

Or, if you'd like to have one LLC that pays ALL deliveries, in this case you can create only ONE organisation for those 3 locations.

For example - if Corp own all locations, you can set it up under one credit card

You can set up different organizations in the Appfront portal, meaning a separate account for each merchant, or you can group multiple merchants under the same entity (also known as an organization).

In UBER portal - you'll need to make sure that each one of them has a billing information.
