The Notification Center is part of our enterprise solution designed for franchise groups, but it’s powerful enough to support any business.
With this feature, you can easily monitor the events that matter most—across your stores, general managers, franchise operations, and day-to-day activity.
The version we’re launching today tracks several key activities, with many more planned for future releases.
Events you can monitor:
Store Temporarily Closed
Triggered when a user closes a store. The store will still appear in the store locator and must be reopened manually.
Store Opened
Triggered when a user reopens a store.
Store Snoozed
Triggered when a store is temporarily closed with an automatic reopen scheduled once the snooze period ends.
Items Made Out of Stock
Triggered when items are marked as unavailable in the store.
Compensation Gift Sent
Triggered when a user sends a compensation campaign (typically store credit).
Subscription Processing Failure
Triggered when an end user is unable to complete a subscription purchase.
Delivery Provider Failure
Triggered when an error is received from a third-party delivery provider.
