How to Add Users to Your AppFront Portal

From your AppFront portal, scroll all the way to the bottom on the left-hand side, click Advanced Settings, then click Users.

Inviting a new user

Click Invite Admin and enter the person's email address.

You have two role options:

  • Business Admin — has access to all locations and all functionality.

  • Location Admin — has access limited to the location(s) you assign, with the ability to turn off specific permissions (see below).

You can also set a Custom Password for the user, or just send the invite and let them set their own password when they accept it.

Setting Location Admin permissions

When you assign someone as a Location Admin, you'll first select the location(s) they should have access to. From there, you can turn off any of the following permissions:

  • Create New Campaign — controls whether they can create any type of campaign (a new lifecycle campaign, a points bank, etc.). If this is turned off, they can still create Group Marketing campaigns, but they won't be able to send them — and vice versa.

  • Launch Group Marketing — controls whether they can send a Group Marketing campaign they've created.

  • Location Page Editing — controls whether they can manage the integrations turned on for the location and update temporary store closures.
